About
History
Basin School District became a Community School in the Fall of 2018. Since it's inception, the school has partnered with local businesses including: The Mercantile, Gold Mine Gas Station, Community Justice, Boise Basin Boosters, and Boise Basin Hunger Project. Regional sponsors/partnerships include: United Way of Treasure Valley, Idaho Food Bank, Lion's Club, Central District Health, and the VFW.

The "Clawset"
The "Clawset" currently houses varying clothing items in sizes newborn through adult XXL. Additional items include, small food pantry, school supplies, backpacks, blankets, sheets, towels, valentines, some Halloween costumes, children's shoes and adult shoes, and hygiene supplies. All items are generously donated from members of the community and our partners.
The "Clawset" is always looking for donations. Due to the climate and weather, hot ticket items that are most in need include snow boots, snow pants, and gloves. All sizes are needed and welcome, however, the most in demand sizes are for children in grades 1 through 5.
